In late February 2020, we drove to Fresno on a photography trip. We woke up bright and early at a Fresno hotel, and drove straight to the start of the Blossom Trail. I’m so excited to share my ten images of the Fresno Blossom Trail with you!
Our family has been going to the Blossom Trail for five years. We’ve driven it with our kids as babies, as toddlers, and now as young kids. I first learned about the blossom trail when I was looking for places to go photograph wildflowers in California. To my surprise, one of my searches resulted on me finding the Fresno Blossom Trail and I knew I wanted to go there! I would have never imagined that this mini trip to Fresno would be the start of a yearly family tradition!
As I told Joe, this was the easiest trip to the Blossom Trail so far. The kids are older and can better handle constantly going in and out of the car. They were great about waiting for me to photograph the flowers, and even posed for a couple of photos for me. The kids really liked the experience and enjoyed seeing these amazing trees in bloom! They didn’t have a single toy with them, but they never got bored. I love seeing our kids have such a strong connection with nature!
Thank you for taking the time to read this! Here are my favorite ten images from the Fresno Blossom Trail:
