Cairo and Giza are really great places to travel to and to photograph. There are many opportunities to capture unique moments. For me, traveling with two young kids, it was a bit more challenging as there was also a lot happening and you really need to keep a close eye on your kids at all times. This is not because they could be in danger, but there’s just a lot of people on the streets as well as carts and motorcycles and buses, so you need to make sure kids don’t cross paths with a moving vehicle of some kind.
Something I really wanted to photograph was the pyramids early in the morning and I got to do it!
