The Hassan II mosque was one of the most impressive religious buildings I have ever seen. Both the inside and the outside were full of intricate details. Everything was like a work of art. I could only think of the Vatican as a point of comparison with the main difference that, in the mosque, the feeling was a lot more peaceful and spiritual because of the lack of crowds.
